This is a self imposed limit not, flying by flapping your arms!
Think about that thing…
Become aware of what comes to mind...
“What would happen if I could?” - How does it change what came to mind?
“What will happen when I do?” - How does that change what came to mind?
“I’m already doing it!” - How does it change the though that came to mind?
What about the feelings in your body, how do they change?
How much more possible does that ‘can’t’ seem now?
Sometimes just shifting of a few words makes a difference.
